3 ripe red
tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 1 medium
onion, 2 green
peppers, 12 black
olives, 180 gr feta
cheese, 2 tbsps
vinegar, Oregano,
salt
Wash and
slice tomatoes and peppers. Peel cucumber and onion and slice. Arrange
vegetables in a salad bowl and sprinkle with salt and oregano. Put the olives
and feta cheese chunks on top pour over oil and vinegar.
